Dr. Rick Stough is the owner of Emergicare of Harrisonburg, a walk-in urgent care medical clinic. The center provides such services as orthopedic care, lab testing, and minor surgeries. Dr. Rick Stough and his staff also provide a variety of occupational care services for Harrisburg businesses, including pre-employment drug screening and employment physicals.
An active member of the local medical community, Dr. Stough has maintained membership in a number of medicine-based organizations throughout his career, including the American Medical Association, the Virginia State Medical Association, and the American College of Emergency Physicians.
Outside of his professional career, he contributes his free time and resources to a number of philanthropic efforts. To this end, he makes regular contributions to such organizations as the Salvation Army, Bowl for Kids’ Sake, and Keezletown Little League. He also offers free health clinics throughout the county. His recreational interests include adventure sports, golfing, traveling, and deep sea fishing.
